Joe Hancock has been on all sides of real estate transactions. Joe started his career as a bank teller working his way into the Mortgage department as a Processor. After a couple of years processing mortgages Joe moved into the Origination side of the mortgage business where he excelled as a top producer. Joe's main focus is the customer and he is very focused on making sure every client completely understands their loan. While working as a loan officer Joe realized that he could provide a greater service to more people in the industry as a professional mortgage loan closer.
